ABOUT US

As OneZero’s Chief Administrative Officer, Claire is responsible for organizing and overseeing the administrative functions of the company. She provides support to the President and CEO and collaborates with the Executive Leadership Team in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures and aiding in the advancement of the overall strategic vision. Claire strives to cultivate strong organizational partnerships while balancing the mission of the company with the needs of the employees.

Prior to joining OneZero, Claire served in a number of executive and senior management positions and brings almost 20 years of experience developing and executing strategic and tactical corporate initiatives in rapidly growing organizations. In her career, she has overseen corporate operations, human resources, talent acquisition, benefits administration, finance, accounting, contracts, regulatory compliance, and facility security.

Claire earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2000 and a Master of Human Resources degree in 2004, both from the University of South Carolina. She was acknowledged as one of the Charleston Regional Business Journal’s “Forty under 40,″ an honor annually given to a select few who are making their mark on the region through professional achievement and community involvement.

Claire lives in Mt. Pleasant, SC, and has been a resident of the Charleston area since 2009. She enjoys the beautiful coastal setting of Charleston, its history, and its world-class cuisine. In her spare time, Claire enjoys traveling, interior design, volunteering for local charitable organizations, and working out.
